1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Santo Pane website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any term, please do not use our services.

2. About Santo Pane

Santo Pane is an artisan sourdough bakery brand dedicated to high-quality products with authentic flavor. This site is our product showcase, customer communication channel and online store.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms:

  • Do not use the site in ways that may damage, disable or overload the servers
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
  • Do not copy, reproduce or distribute content without express permission
  • Do not use the site for illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Provide truthful information when registering or placing orders

4. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, logos, design) is property of Santo Pane and protected by copyright law:

  • The “Santo Pane” brand and logos are registered trademarks
  • Product photos are exclusive property
  • Recipes and descriptions are protected by copyright
  • The site design and source code are protected
  • To request use of any content, contact us.

5. Products and availability

  • Displayed products may not always be available
  • Prices and availability may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per order
  • Seasonal or limited products have restricted availability
  • Images are illustrative; the final product may vary slightly due to its artisan nature

6. Orders and payments

Orders can be placed on the site (Pix or card payment) or via WhatsApp:

  • An order is confirmed only after payment confirmation
  • Amounts are calculated and locked by the server at order time
  • WhatsApp orders require minimum lead time and directly agreed conditions
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason
  • Cancellations must be communicated in advance

7. VIP Club

By joining the VIP Club you agree to:

  • Receive WhatsApp messages with weekly menus and offers
  • Provide a valid, active WhatsApp number
  • Request removal at any time
  • Not publicly share exclusive offers without authorization

8. Allergens and nutrition

We inform the main allergens present in our products, however:

  • All products are made in an environment that processes gluten, eggs, milk and nuts
  • Cross-contamination may occur
  • People with severe allergies must assess the risks and ask us directly before consuming
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions after consumption

9. Limitation of liability

Santo Pane is not liable for:

  • Interruptions or failures in site operation
  • Errors or inaccuracies in displayed content
  • Damage caused by viruses or other harmful technological elements
  • Improper use of information from the site
  • External links (we do not control third-party content)

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Returns and exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of Santo Pane products, the following legal provisions apply:

  • We do not accept returns of food products, except for evident defects or quality issues that compromise safe consumption
  • Under Art. 49, §4 of the Brazilian Consumer Code (Law 8,078/90), the 7-day withdrawal right does not apply to perishable products
  • As artisan food goods for immediate consumption, Santo Pane products fall within the exceptions of consumer law
  • Complaints about apparent defects must be reported within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt, via WhatsApp, with photographic evidence
  • Santo Pane will review each case individually and may offer product replacement or credit for future purchases
  • Custom products, special orders and Riserva line items are not eligible for exchange or return, except for proven manufacturing defects

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the district where Santo Pane is established.
